Kaye Cowley runs weekly keep-fit classes

in the MAIN HALL as follows -

 

  • All of the classes can be suited to all level of participant and different options/levels of exercise are given.
  • Kaye has had her own fitness business running for over 30 years and still love teaching.
  • The importance of exercise whatever our age is what keeps our bodies moving!!

MONDAYS - STRETCH, CORE AND MORE

10.30 - 11.15


Class description - based on FITNESS PILATES which aims to improve posture, balance and core strength also helps with general fitness and well being. It is more energised than regular pilates and is a great way to stretch and sculpt muscles whilst burning fat.

 


WEDNESDAYS - STRETCH AND FLEXIBILITY

(alternate weeks please call for details)

10.30 - 11.15


This class is purely to improve muscular flexibility, strength and well being. All of which are hugely important for all everyday activities. It also has a lot of core/back work involved in the class.

 


FRIDAYS - HIIT WORKOUT

16.30 - 17.15


This is an interval training workout with use of weights and pilates balls. This is a cardiovascular workout designed to burn calories/ fat whilst improving muscular strength and toning. Occasionally it may be based on a fitness pilates Hiit workout which is based on core strength!

Oh and nice social coffee after the morning classes and 'other refreshment' can be taken to start off a nice weekend on the Friday class !
