Kaye Cowley runs weekly fitness classes in the main village hall
 
All classes are based on fitness pilates which focuses on core, balance and strength 
 
There is sometimes use of weights, big & small balls and also Hiit classes incorporating cardiovascular exercise
 
Kaye has had her own fitness business running for over 30 years, she still has a love of teaching and is very much of a mind that whatever your age exercise is what keeps our bodies moving!!
 
 

 

Classes are held Mon 10.00 - 10.45, Wed 10.00 - 10.45 and Fri 10.00 - 10.45
