Booking the Hall

 

WE WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF WHEN MAKING A BOOKING FOR AN EVENT THAT YOU INCLUDE THE TIME TAKEN TO SET-UP, TEAR-DOWN & CLEAN-UP AFTERWARDS AS WE NEED TO KNOW HOW LONG YOU REQUIRE THE HALL FOR IN TOTAL.

 

We now have an online booking system (HallMaster), please scroll down to the room you wish to hire and click on the link marked 'View Room Availability', this will take you to a monthly calendar showing existing bookings and allow you to make a provisional booking, you will be emailed to confirm we have received your enquiry. Our Bookings Officer will then contact you to confirm or discuss your booking.

 

From 1st January 2024 the hire rates will be -
